This could be a problem with you having a firewall, and we also suspect that some versions of Norton are preventing files being uploaded - in any case, it is a real nuisance.
We certainly don't want you disabling your fire wall, so, the best thing you can do is to generate the files we need, p.txt, e.txt, c.txt and r.txt and attach them to an email and mail them to results@simpairs.com
If you use that email address, they should import directly. If you still can't see them, email me and send me the files and I will have a look to see if I can find out what is wrong.
